Terms and refund policy

About these terms

These terms apply to acceleratedfrontoffice.com and to Accelerated Front Office courses in the Accelerated Dental Training portal. The seller is The Dental Machine LLC, 425 SE Baseline St, Hillsboro, OR 97123 ("we"). By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure. Your account and courses are for you alone: don't share access or let someone else take your courses, practice calls or exams for you.

Buying a course

• Prices are shown on the site and at checkout, in US dollars. Stripe processes payments; pay-over-time options are offered by their providers on their own terms.
• One-time purchases include access for the period shown at checkout, usually 12 months from the day you buy. When it ends, your certificates and records stay; the lessons close unless you buy again.
• Packages include the courses listed for them. Courses and bonuses may be updated and improved over time.
• If your office pays through an "Ask your office to pay" link, the access goes to the person who made the link.
• Upgrade credit: if you bought Front Office Essentials, what you paid counts toward Front Office Career or Complete Front Office while your Essentials access lasts. It can be used once.

Refunds

30-day refund: if it isn't for you, ask within 30 days of buying and before you've finished a quarter of the course, and we'll refund you in full. A refund ends your access.

What the courses are, and aren't

• Each course ends with a certificate of completion. It shows you finished the course; it isn't a license or a state certification.
• We don't promise a job, an interview, a promotion or any pay.
• Practice calls use AI patients, and Maple Grove Dental is an invented practice. The AI can make mistakes; your scores and feedback are practice tools, not professional assessments.
• The courses teach common front office practice. Rules and payer requirements vary by state, office and plan; follow your office's policies and the law where you work. Nothing in the courses is legal, billing-compliance or clinical advice.

Using the courses

The courses, videos, slides, calls, simulations and text belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own training. Don't copy, share, resell or publish them, scrape the site, or try to break or misuse the AI features. We may suspend an account that does.

Things you submit, like assignments and videos, stay yours. You let us store and process them to run your training, and, for office plans, to show them to the reviewers you send them to.

Limits on our responsibility

The courses are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise they'll be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the course involved in the 12 months before the claim.

Text messages

The Dental Machine LLC sends Accelerated Front Office text messages from (971) 414-4092. If you opt in on the site, messages may include waitlist openings, enrollment and course reminders, and course offers. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages a month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to purchases made after the update. Oregon law governs these terms. Questions: help@acceleratedfrontoffice.com.
