The courses

Dental front office courses, from the front desk to office manager

Five courses, one path. Front Office Essentials gets you hired at the desk with no experience. The role courses train the jobs that grow out of it. Each one is practice first and ends in its own certificate.

The path

Start at step 1 if you're new to dental. If you already work at the desk, start at the role you have or want.

    • Run a consult: the patient's goals, the plan, the investment and the options
    • Build large-case estimates, split work across benefit years and arrange payment

    • Code for clean claims and write narratives that get paid

    • Hire with structured interviews and onboard new people with a plan
