The modules
What the course covers
Every module follows the same pattern as Front Office Essentials: a short narrated lesson, a reading, practice (calls, role-plays or a simulation), then a quick check. It's all set at Maple Grove Dental, the practice you already know if you took Essentials.
This is the course's approved outline. It's being built now, so module names and order may change a little before it opens.

What you'll practice
Do the job before it counts
You talk with AI patients and colleagues who answer back, and you run simulations of the real work. Every call is scored, and you can redo anything as often as you like.
Practice calls and role-plays
- 1A crown denied for a missing x-ray
- 2Appeal a downgrade
- 3Verify an implant crown case
- 4"Claim not on file" near timely filing
- 5A patient upset that insurance paid less than the estimate
- 6Refund a credit balance
- 7A payment-plan patient who missed a payment
- 8A payer says the frequency limit is met
Simulations
- Code the claim from a route slip
- Write a narrative
- Post a bulk remittance
- Work the aging report
- Build an appeal
Skill sign-offs
- Sends clean claims the same day
- Works the weekly aging list
Skills you show on the job. When your office trains with Accelerated Dental Training, your manager signs them off.
